Our Brews

Our refreshing take on a summer classic

We’ve taken NZ grown apples and fermented them with a well known wine yeast to really bring out the bright fruit characteristics. Then we got really smart and sweetened this stunning King Country Apple Cider with unfermented apple juice to take the edge off… one glass will just not be enough.
